Privacy policy

Last updated 1 June 2026. This policy explains, in plain English, how we handle your personal data.

Who we are

SEO Dons Ltd operates this website (fundedsolarpanels.co.uk). For UK GDPR purposes we are the data controller. Our registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, Company No. 16766013. You can contact us about privacy at info@fundedsolarpanels.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you submit the eligibility or contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email, optional phone number, postcode, property type and the funding routes you are interested in. We do not collect special-category data. Our hosting and form provider may also process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and delivery.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, assess which funding routes may apply, and — with your request implied by submitting the form — to introduce you to a suitable accredited installer. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry only with vetted, accredited installers relevant to your request, so they can provide a quote. We use Formspree to process form submissions on our behalf as a data processor. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to manage any follow-up, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

Cookies

This site uses only essential functionality and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to work.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
